Beautifully Disney Fantasy in Flight eye shadow Palette Review Swatch

Disney has it's own line of beauty products. They probably had others too but made and looked cheap and targeted towards children. This is available at the Disney online store, but few places carry the Beautifully Disney products.

As soon as I found out that Disney had their own line, I looked at everything the had.  Their lip glosses look good but I would never use them. Never. I'd love more products from their alice in Wonderland collection but money is still pretty tight. I went with the most affordable option at the time, but I'm pretty sure that the deal is rare.

I've seen some poor reviews about the shadows breaking, and while it'it's true that the shadows are fragile and soft, the quality and wearability is excellent.

It comes with 6 unnamed shadows, a protective fallout cover, and a mirror with a tendency to warp.

Swatches

I adore this palette. I love the color payoff and the shimmer/glitter/pearl. I would call it glitter because the luminescent pieces are shiny can spread and create lots of fall put, but the pieces are extremely fine and look like elegant pixie dust rather than cheap eyeshadow. I could wear all the colors, including the turquoise /teal that is usually hard to wear. I've also read somewhere that the colors are bild are hard to use but I dont find that to be true. I love it so much but now I don't want to use it all up in case these aren't made anymore t.t I still have my eyes set on the palette for alice. The colors are even friendlier and it is my favorite tale.

I would repurchase.

Duwop Isla de Sirena Shell Duo and MAC Alluring Aquatics Lipstick

Items I got this summer are kind of old, as in they've been out for more than 3 months, but they're still available on duwop ' website and  on ebay. Prices vary but I didn't pay much over retail. 18 to 25 USD a piece.

Duwop and Disney collaboration brings Isla de Sirena, the collection inspired by Pirates of the Carribean 4. I have an eye and a check dual. I really liked the seashell decoration but the black plastic is visible when it's in any position but upright. They also have some lip balms but I'd rather not pay retail for those.

MAC cosmetics released an alluring aquatics collection featuring water mimicking packaging. I love the color and droplets effect. I just had to have it. Like many of their released collections, this line is limited edition.

Left - Eye dual - mystic waters
Right - cheek dual - Rouge
Center - Lustre lipstick - siren song

Swatches, lipstick is swatch and both top and bottom no primer, but primer is advised as color is brushed off easily.

Product wise, the duwop cosmetics are not impressive. They're very average and do not deliver the pigment to shimmer/pearl balance that I prefer, but it's better than nyx. The cheeck dual is actually a cream/ gel application, not quite one or the other. I'm still going to try to use them because they're not bad.
As for the lipstick, this is my first mac lipstick purchase. While I don't own anything like this (for good reason, my lips don't need to look bigger or shinier than the rest of my face), it's a very nice color I might use just as a balm as I love the texture. However, the color fades quickly. I'd love to get more as I love the entire lipstick line but I have other plans for my money and just one will suffice for my collection.

Will not repuchase.

Etude House Princess Etoinette Lipstick Review and Fakes

So this lipstick line has been released for over 2 years now, but that does stop the collection for being known for their girly packaging.
I came across several ebay listings that were selling lipsticks at 3 USD up, which is much less than their 10 or 11 USD original price. But I got the reduced price items in the mail and I discovered that the items are fakes.

The lipstick quality themselves really isn't bad, but the packaging has noticeable difference (and I bought them for the packaging in the first place).

The tube on the left is the real one I got years ago and the tube on the right is the fake I got recently.

Finish: Real finish is glosses and smoother to the touch. Fake finish is more matte and does not feel smooth. The fake finish creeps me out.

Color: Real Color is more rosy and has richer gold tones. Fake color is more baby pink and has a slightly silver tint to the gold tone.

Seams: real tube has no molding seams. Fake tube has lots of molding seams and sizes of molding details are different too.

Labels: real label has a color type displayed clearly while fake label has the color type listed with other information, making it hard to locate, which is a terrible rookie move.

Please be aware that these items are not what they claim to be.

No swatches because I wasn't looking for the product inside. I actually like the fake tubes' product better because it doesn't have the glitter that the real tube has. I couldn't wear the real product so I just took it out of the tube and replaced it with something that I liked.

If the difference in packaging and price is fine with you, then the knockoffs may be a good buy. Personally, the deal breaker was the feeling of the rough surface of the tubes.

Buyer Beware: Juicy Couture Couture Couture Limited Luxury Edition

Fakes are made even for limited edition items.

Couture Couture is one of my favorite perfumes. When I found out they had a gorgeous luxury edition, I looked for it on ebay. It turns out that the bottle was fake. I'll show you how I know in this post.

This is the bottle I got. The charms are subpar and has missing stones.

The pin it came with is a standard pin, not a juicy couture pin.

Last but not least, there is no batch number.

Since I don't own a 3.4 ounce version of couture couture, I don't know if this is a telltale sign, but I have a fake peace love and juicy edp and both caps can be dismantled.

I could also tell when I sprayed it on my wrist. I spread it around using my other wrist also and the texture is too slippery. It didn't smell as rich as it usually did either.
The texture of the real couture couture dried faster and had a lot of drag between my wrists.

I unsealed the atomizer and dumped the liquid out. I wish I could use the bottle for its intended purpose but it's not worth risking more fakes. The only part i still use is the ribbon. I still have the special edition and that's gorgeous. I can also take that bottle apart easily enough to refill it whenever I need to (not that it's built to be easy). I know y he special edition is real because of batch number and the sticker was titled "special edition"

Unfortunately the 1 oz cap does fit the 3.4 oz bottle. I like the 1 oz cap better because it has the Juicy J charm. The normal 3.4 oz has a decorative zipper I dislike. The testers are very cheap. Couture couture has been discontinued, but you can still find some bottles online.

If you shop on ebay like I do, always ask for more photos if you're not sure.
