Etude House Princess Etoinette Lipstick Review and Fakes

So this lipstick line has been released for over 2 years now, but that does stop the collection for being known for their girly packaging.
I came across several ebay listings that were selling lipsticks at 3 USD up, which is much less than their 10 or 11 USD original price. But I got the reduced price items in the mail and I discovered that the items are fakes.

The lipstick quality themselves really isn't bad, but the packaging has noticeable difference (and I bought them for the packaging in the first place).

The tube on the left is the real one I got years ago and the tube on the right is the fake I got recently.

Finish: Real finish is glosses and smoother to the touch. Fake finish is more matte and does not feel smooth. The fake finish creeps me out.

Color: Real Color is more rosy and has richer gold tones. Fake color is more baby pink and has a slightly silver tint to the gold tone.

Seams: real tube has no molding seams. Fake tube has lots of molding seams and sizes of molding details are different too.

Labels: real label has a color type displayed clearly while fake label has the color type listed with other information, making it hard to locate, which is a terrible rookie move.

Please be aware that these items are not what they claim to be.

No swatches because I wasn't looking for the product inside. I actually like the fake tubes' product better because it doesn't have the glitter that the real tube has. I couldn't wear the real product so I just took it out of the tube and replaced it with something that I liked.

If the difference in packaging and price is fine with you, then the knockoffs may be a good buy. Personally, the deal breaker was the feeling of the rough surface of the tubes.
